BOOKING POLICY
- To secure your booking, R150 deposit must be paid upfront to confirm your appointment.
- Your deposit will be carried over when you reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
- The deposit will be used to cover part of the cost of service.
Cancellation policy
- As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.
- If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
- We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice.
- Our cancellation policy allows the time to inform our standby clients of any availability.
